As an operator, you’ll be part of a close-knit team of 5 to 6 colleagues. You’ll make sure the production line runs smoothly by converting machines, supplying raw materials to installations, and performing basic technical maintenance tasks. You’ll also carry out quality checks, keep the production and process administration up to date in the ERP system, and make sure the workplace stays tidy and safe. You’ll use internal transport like forklifts and pallet trucks, and help daily with cleaning and maintenance rounds. This is your workplace: you’ll work at a modern production company in Gameren, in a team that always supports each other. The atmosphere is informal, and you’ll get plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. At first, you’ll mostly work day shifts to learn everything properly. After that, you’ll join the shift system (2, 3, or 4 shifts). Working hours are flexible, so you’ll also have time for yourself or your family.
